HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR PERFECT BACKDROP?

Q: I see a backdrop design I like. How do I find the right size backdrop I need?
A: Simply type the item number (found at the end of each product title) in our shop's search box and all available sizes will pull up.

Q: I'm looking for a particular style or color backdrop. How do I find that?
A: Simply type any keywords you are looking for in our shop's search box (such as pink, white floor, barn doors, floral, etc) and available designs matching your unique interests will pull up. You can also browse through our shop sections to narrow down your interests.

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We proudly have the quickest turnaround time in the industry and we ship worldwide. We custom print and ship orders from our warehouse near Atlanta, GA within 1-2 business days. Delivery is typically 3-5 days for US orders and 7-14 days for all international orders once your order leaves our warehouse.

Q: I need my order super fast. Do you offer rush shipping options?
A: Rush delivery is available upon request. We also can offer complimentary same day printing service available upon request depending on our current order flow. Just convo us if you're in a pinch and we'll be happy to quote you express shipping rates to get to your event on time.

Q: How is shipping calculated? If I order multiple backdrops, can my shipping be reduced?
A: Absolutely! We are happy to offer reduced shipping rates for multiple items ordered. Ordering this way saves you big bucks as backdrops are naturally heavy and bulky to ship so we always recommend this to our awesome customers!

Q: What are your backdrops made of?
A: For most items in our Etsy shop, you can select either vinyl or poly material depending on your personal preference. Backdrops over 5ft (on its smallest side) are only available in vinyl material. If you are new at photographing with backdrops and have questions about which material to use, feel free to ask our helpful customer service team! We're happy to assist you!

Q: What orientation your backdrops printed?
A: All backdrops are printed in width x height format.

Q: I'd like a custom backdrop. Do you offer this service?
A: Absolutely! We can create all types of backdrops for your special need! Some examples of what we can do are step and repeat backdrops using your company logo, custom coloring our already existing backdrops, printing odd sized backdrops not already listed in our shop, graduation or birthday banner backdrops, printing photos you provide us onto your own unique backdrop and so much more! Just convo us with what you are looking for and we can go from there!

Q: Do you offer any discounts for photos submitted with your backdrops in use?
A: Yes! We offer 25% Off when you send us professional pictures to use in our shop with our Photographer Loyalty Discount Program within 60 days of purchase. No minimum purchase or sign up required. Just order from us, send us your professional pictures and voila! You get the absolute best backdrop pricing online. Period. All we ask is that your photos are of professional studio quality.

Please note that on very rare occasion, some orders may be delayed by 1-2 days due to high volume orders during busy holiday seasons or high volume sales due to promotions. **Although this is very rare**, this may occur without notice. However, if you need your order shipped within 1-2 business days regardless, simply email us after your order is placed and let us know.
